Release Restore Relax

In this class you will learn to release tension with rolling and trigger point techniques with the use of tennis balls. You will restore your muscles with static and dynamic stretches as well as restore KI (chi) energy pathways in your body with Meridian stretches. Lastly you will relax with breathing techniques to calm the mind.
